Sa huli,
pare-pareho tayong huhugot
ng huling hininga

upang iwan
itong mortal na katawan
sa mga bitak ng lupa.


Kapwa tayo mangagsisisambit
ng syete palabras

habang bangkay na naaagnas
ang nalalabing lakas.


Ito ang huli nating pagluluno.
